What is Reiki?

Reiki Energy Healing works on the energetics of your body to release stuck energy and revitalise and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul. The client lies fully clothed on a plinth, wrapped in a blanket. I use light touch or work at a short distance from the body, using specific hand positions to channel energy.

I completed Master level training in Reiki in November 2022 at The Dublin Wellbeing Centre.
